The Governing Board is the ultimate decision-making governing body of QVET that oversees QVET operations, ensuring the company’s objects are upheld and maintained to the highest standards of quality, compliance, best practice, and ethical conduct as a public company.
The role of the Governance Board is the oversight of all QVET operations, including (but not limited to):

Current Board Members
- Andrew Tulloch – Director
- Andrew is an innovative senior executive with proven strategy and implementation skills. He has a strong capacity to lead creative thinking, problem solving and successful business development. Andrew is the General Manager of the American Chamber of Commerce in Victoria and having previously held an executive role in the Victorian Government developing and implementing the $65M Digital Skills and Jobs Program.
Prior to that he was CEO of Trade and Investment Queensland, as well as leadership roles in the private sector – including innovative business units in major corporations and startup companies. Andrew has also worked offshore for the Australian Trade Commission in Singapore and San Francisco. Andrew has an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce.

- Vivek Sharma – Founder & Director
- Vivek is a compliance and quality management expert with over two decades of experience in the sector in various leadership roles. Vivek has a passion for a human-centric approach to problem-solving and systems implementation. Vivek has built a strong reputation within the sector as a thought leader and a quality-focused professional driven by ethics, values, and integrity. Vivek is also the founder of QVET Australia.
Vivek shall also be assuming the role of Director of Quality in QVET, overseeing the audits and quality certification process. Vivek has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), bachelor’s degree in science (Electronics), Diploma of Quality Auditing, and certification as a Lead Quality Auditor under ISO 9001 quality systems.

Advisor to the Board
- Denis Blight AO
- Denis is an experienced executive leader, policy analyst and strategist with a history of working in the international trade, education, agricultural research and development industry. He has held CEO roles at IDP Education (10 years+), The Crawford Fund (10 years) and the Centre for Agricultural Bioscience International (5 years). His 17-year career at DFAT included three extended secondments to the South Asia and Africa section, the Research for Development section, the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research, and as Head of the Southeast Asian (and China) Branch. Denis has a PhD in Physical and Inorganic Chemistry from The University of Western Australia.
