Q-Mark Certification
QVET members, having demonstrated a high level of compliance and commitment in the membership audit process can advance to Q-Mark certifications.
However, providers who are confident about their existing processes, and with a history of good compliance and outcomes, may apply directly for the certification.
The certification process incorporates the following steps;
- Application for Q-Mark Certification
- Provision and submission of preliminary evidence by the organisation
- QVET evaluation and proposal for implementation of the quality framework
- Information and training sessions
- Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality procedures
- Setting KPIs and benchmarks for quality practices
- Organisation internal audits and reports
- QVET quality audit
- Q-Mark Certification
The above process may take up to three(3) months or more with the time taken to implement and test the framework, staff training, and alignment of operations to new systems.
The certification must be maintained each year, with yearly quality audits conducted for renewal.
Members who have obtained Q-Mark do not need to go through any other QVET audit or review.
A detailed implementation guide shall be provided as part of initial consultation.
