Initial & Annual Fees
QVET membership and other fees are set and approved by the Governing Board.
Fee Schedule – 2024-25

Provisional Membership Applicants initially apply for provisional membership, as the first step towards membership. Provisional membership is based on provider self-assessment and QVET review. | Initial | $2,800 Less Application Fee |
Membership Provisional members advance to QVET membership based on QVET site audit and compliance with regulatory standards (as applicable for each provider type). Members receive an audit report each year. | Yearly | $6,800 Less Provisional Membership Fee (1st year) |
Quality Certification – Initial (1st year) – Existing Members Members may apply to become quality certified through implementation of and demonstration of compliance with QVET Quality Framework. | 1st Year | $4,800 |
Quality Certification – Renewal Quality Certification + QVET Membership Packaged Quality Certified members pay the combined and discounted annual fee | Yearly | $8,800 |
Valid to: 30 June 2025
Subject to yearly approval and publication: QVET’s Governance Board may review and change the fees each financial year. Members obtaining quality certification within the same year of membership will have their fees adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
